Here are some interesting micro PC projects that needs to be looked at.

We all know about project systems like Arduino and Raspberry Pi. There are some motherboards that have interfaces allowing mixing x86 and Arduino and Raspberry Pi. It is called the Seeed Studio Odyssey, a ODYSSEY - X86J4105800 Most expandable Win10 Mini PC (Linux and Arduino Core) with 8GB RAM.

Next, is another interesing DYI system called CHUWI LarkBox World's Smallest 4K Mini PC. This is the size of a lemon. See it here

There is also the Udoo bolt and Udoo X86 II, check them out too.

Just noticed another one poped into my radar, the Odroid H2+ which is a 4 core intel with dual 2.5GB ethernet. It used Realtech networking so not so good for PFsense (as pfSense perfers Intel Network cards.)

Now for some more micro boards, Udoo Bolt uses the newest AMD mico motherboards to make some interesting systems. Intel fans also have some nice boards by the same company, they are named Udoo X86 II
